The Hilb Group of New England, a leading commercial insurance, employee benefits, and HR solutions firm, announced Tuesday that the company has opened a new office space at 2000 Chapel View Boulevard in the Chapel View village in Cranston, Rhode Island.
“Our new space is designed to provide a comfortable, collaborative and safe work environment that allows our employees to deliver even higher levels of support to our clients, and enables Hilb’s to continue its strategic growth in the market,” said Joseph Padula, Hilb New England’s Managing Director, Property & Casualty.
The space formerly housed Alex and Ani’s HQ.
The 28,000-square-foot site, once fully occupied, will be home to 135 employees, including those of several area agencies Hilb acquired in recent months.
The state-of-the-art space features:
a customized, open floor plan
communal spaces
conference rooms
training areas
hoteling workspaces
wall-to-ceiling windows
dedicated HVAC system
The Cranston space is one of three new Hilb offices in New England, with other locations in Southborough and Needham, Massachusetts. These three offices will house the consolidated operations of over 21 previously separate locations.
